This is just a happen stance that OU and TAMU are going to allow this UT- TV go on for just long enough for them to make plans to bolt. TAMU stuck with the Big 12 only to turn down a offer made to join the SEC. Now I am no Aggie but the word on the street was they were worried on how they would compete which is stupid. TAMU and OU and even OSU will or should just tell UT bye bye and split now.
The TV deal is over the top and the share in the pie is already not equal and it's almost sad to see the other schools happy not to have an equal share. They contribute just as hard and by sitting back and taking the scraps just looks bad for everyone. I don't see the Big 11 working out when you don't slice equal parts of the pie. It's too late to grab TCU and why would they want to come over? They seem to have done just fine on their own and now they are in a north east media market where the will just continue to grow their program and if you play basketball and are looking for a school guess who will get you good exposure now!
I'd like to see the SEC take TAMU and OU with Tech and OSU going to the MWC. Baylor would also be a good add to the Big East with the rivalry now with TCU. The recruiting would help Baylor and they deserve better than how they are being treated by UT. Make no mistakes the SEC is not easy but TAMU and OU bring quality and tradition.
If I missed any other Big 12 school like Missouri you deserve it. You started this mess in the first place and look who got picked up and who got picked over!
